Why It Matters
He Spent His Last Act Teaching
After retiring from Disney in 2001, Ron joined the Rosen College faculty, helping build its theme-park curriculum and the Gregory Elias Entertainment Management Program. He mentored hundreds of students — sharing not just how the magic is made, but why it matters. A gift in his name keeps that classroom open.
